Job Title: Personal Assistant to the Managing Director (PA to MD)
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Summary
- We are seeking a smart, proactive, and highly organised Personal Assistant to provide administrative and executive support to the Managing Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the MD’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and correspondence.
- Screen calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of the MD.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings and follow up on action points.
- Handle confidential documents and information with professionalism.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and stakeholders on behalf of the MD.
- Maintain proper filing systems and office records.
- Support day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 2–4 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanour.
- * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Salary
N200,000 / Month (Net).
