Job Title: Personal Assistant to the Managing Director (PA to MD)

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a smart, proactive, and highly organised Personal Assistant to provide administrative and executive support to the Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the MD’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and correspondence.
  • Screen calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of the MD.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings and follow up on action points.
  • Handle confidential documents and information with professionalism.
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and stakeholders on behalf of the MD.
  • Maintain proper filing systems and office records.
  • Support day-to-day administrative and operational activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 2–4 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and demeanour.
  • * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Salary
N200,000 / Month (Net).
