Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and highly analytical professional to join our team as a Research Expert within the Insights & Policy Advocacy function.
• The Research Expert will be responsible for conducting high-quality research, developing industry insights, producing thought leadership reports, and supporting policy advocacy initiatives across key sectors of the economy.
• The successful candidate will play a critical role in generating actionable insights, engaging stakeholders, and supporting strategic conversations through data-driven analysis and compelling storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct primary and secondary market research across various sectors to generate actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Design and manage surveys, questionnaires, interviews, and other research instruments using appropriate research methodologies and tools.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret qualitative and quantitative data to identify market trends, business opportunities, and emerging industry developments.
• Develop high-quality reports, industry analyses, insight papers, presentations, and research publications tailored to diverse stakeholders.
• Utilize market research and data analysis tools such as Excel, SPSS, Google Forms, SurveyMonkey, and related platforms to support research accuracy and insight generation.
• Monitor economic, regulatory, market, and business trends to provide timely intelligence and strategic recommendations.
• Translate complex data and research findings into clear, compelling, and decision-oriented narratives and presentations.
• Support policy advocacy and thought leadership initiatives through evidence-based research and insight development.
• Engage and collaborate with internal teams, industry experts, stakeholders, and strategic partners in the execution of research projects and initiatives.
• Coordinate assigned research projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery, quality assurance, and alignment with organizational objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, Public Policy, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in market research, data analysis, insights development, or related roles.
• Strong experience in conducting industry research, market intelligence gathering, and developing insight-driven reports.
• Hands-on proficiency in the use of market research and data analysis tools such as Excel, SPSS, Google Forms, SurveyMonkey, or related platforms.
• Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, survey design, and data analytics techniques.
• Excellent analytical, report writing, storytelling, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to synthesize large volumes of data and information into meaningful insights, actionable recommendations, and strategic reports.
• Strong understanding of economic, regulatory, market, and business trends across industries.
• Proven ability to manage research projects, coordinate stakeholders, and deliver high-quality outputs within timelines.
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and the ability to interpret complex data to support strategic decision-making and policy advocacy initiatives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and research/data analysis applications.
