Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Monday – Saturday)

Summary

• We are hiring an experienced Salon Manager to oversee daily salon operations, manage customer relationships, and support business growth through strong organization and social media engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily salon operations efficiently
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and track monthly revenue
• Handle stock inventory and ensure proper product management
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Follow up with clients and send timely updates/messages
• Manage the salon’s social media pages with daily content posting and engagement
• Support marketing efforts to increase visibility and customer retention
• Ensure excellent customer service and smooth staff coordination.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Operations Manager or in a similar role
• Strong operational and organizational skills
• Experience with bookkeeping and inventory management
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Social media marketing knowledge and content management experience
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Candidate must be ready to resume this month.

Benefits

• Salary: N140,000 - N200,000 monthly.
