Job Title: Senior Sales Lead

Description

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive for our client within the Information Technology and Services industry.
  • The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and fostering strong client relationships. As a Senior Sales Lead, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities, develop customized sales strategies, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for managing key accounts, negotiating contracts, and ensuring achievement of sales targets in a highly competitive market. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the company’s success by leveraging your expertise and leadership skills to influence business direction and maximize revenue streams.
  • This role is a great fit if you have experience selling B2B services — such as consulting or software — rather than physical products.

Key Responsibilites

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking events
  • Manage the full sales process — from first contact to signing the deal
  • Identify new markets, partnerships, and revenue channels.
  • Drive sales of our services, which include our proprietary software, digital solutions development, process automation and consulting.
  • Client relationship management: build and nurture relationships with clients, both current and prospective, to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Develop compelling proposals and pitch decks for clients
  • Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably B2B services (tech, consulting, or digital)
  • A track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to find and close deals on your own, without heavy supervision
  • Develop and manage external sales partners/referral channels
  • Strong communication, persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable working in a startup environment where things move quickly
  • An existing network of business contacts is an advantage.

What We Offer

  • Salary: N250,000 - N300,000 / Month. 
  • 10% commission on every sale you independently start and close
  • Performance bonuses for top achievers.
  • Room to grow as the company scales.
