We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Site Engineer Intern

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• Alphabait Realty is looking for enthusiastic NYSC members to support site operations and gain practical construction and real estate development experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising daily site activities.
• Support site reporting and documentation.
• Assist with quality control inspections.
• Monitor materials usage and site progress.
• Support engineers and project teams in operational activities.

Requirements

• Must be a current NYSC Corps Member.
• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or related engineering/construction discipline.
• Basic understanding of construction processes and site supervision.
• Ability to read technical drawings is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an added advantage.
• Strong willingness to learn and work on-site.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Salary
N50,000 per month.
