Description
- The Junior Sales Executive will collaborate closely with senior sales personnel to understand customer needs, present appropriate solutions, and assist in closing deals.
- The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the senior sales lead in driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and fostering strong client relationships.
- As a sales executive, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities, develop customized sales strategies, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- This role is a great fit if you have experience selling B2B services — such as consulting or software — rather than physical products.
Key Responsibilites
- Identify and qualify potential leads through research and outreach efforts.
- Assist senior sales executives in developing and maintaining client relationships.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Participate in sales meetings and provide feedback from client engagements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide timely solutions.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably B2B services (tech, consulting, or digital)
- A track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to find and close deals on your own, without heavy supervision
- Develop and manage external sales partners/referral channels
- Strong communication, persuasion and negotiation skills
- Comfortable working in a startup environment where things move quickly
- An existing network of business contacts is an advantage.
What We Offer
- Monthly base salary: N150,000 – N200,000 (based on experience)
- 10% commission on every sale you independently start and close.
- Performance bonuses for top achievers
