Job Title: Junior Sales Executive

Location: Ketu, Lagos

Description

  • The Junior Sales Executive will collaborate closely with senior sales personnel to understand customer needs, present appropriate solutions, and assist in closing deals.
  • The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the senior sales lead in driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and fostering strong client relationships.
  • As a sales executive, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities, develop customized sales strategies, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • This role is a great fit if you have experience selling B2B services — such as consulting or software — rather than physical products.

Key Responsibilites

  • Identify and qualify potential leads through research and outreach efforts.
  • Assist senior sales executives in developing and maintaining client relationships.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Participate in sales meetings and provide feedback from client engagements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide timely solutions.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably B2B services (tech, consulting, or digital)
  • A track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to find and close deals on your own, without heavy supervision
  • Develop and manage external sales partners/referral channels
  • Strong communication, persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable working in a startup environment where things move quickly
  • An existing network of business contacts is an advantage.

What We Offer

  • Monthly base salary: N150,000 – N200,000 (based on experience)
  • 10% commission on every sale you independently start and close.
  • Performance bonuses for top achievers
  • Room to grow as the company scales.
