Job Title: Project Manager

Job Summary

• Alphabait Realty is seeking an experienced and result-driven Project Manager to oversee and coordinate real estate development and construction projects from inception to completion.
• The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction and real estate development projects.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, work plans, and resource allocation strategies.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Coordinate contractors, consultants, vendors, and site personnel.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and prepare project progress reports.
• Manage project risks and resolve operational or technical issues promptly.
• Oversee procurement processes and ensure cost control measures are maintained.
• Liaise with clients, regulatory authorities, and stakeholders when required.
• Ensure quality assurance and adherence to project specifications.
• Lead project meetings and provide strategic updates to management.
• Review technical drawings, BOQs, and project documentation.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Architecture, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• Master’s Degree is an added advantage.
• 5–8 years proven experience in project management within the real estate or construction industry.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, COREN, NSE, NIOB, PMP, PRINCE2, or related certifications are an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, project scheduling, and contract administration.

Salary
N350,000 - N450,000 monthly.
