Job Summary

• HTSFarms.nga subsidiary of HTSF Global Nigeria Limited is seeking a smart, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Data Entry Officer to manage product uploads, updates, and online catalog organization on our ecommerce website.

Key Responsibilities

• Upload, update, and manage product listings on the company website
• Ensure product information, pricing, descriptions, and images are accurate and up to date
• Conduct online research for product details, market information, and industry trends
• Organize and maintain digital records and inventory data
• Work closely with the operations and sales team to ensure accurate product information
• Monitor website content and report inconsistencies or errors

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Agricultural Economics, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in data entry, e-commerce management, website content management, or related role
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and WordPress
• Good research and information-gathering skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to write and organize clear product descriptions
• Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital tools is an added advantage
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
