Job Summary

• The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for providing strategic financial leadership and oversight for the organization.
• The role ensures financial sustainability, profitability, compliance with statutory requirements, effective capital management, and sound corporate governance.
• The CFO serves as a key member of executive management, advising the CEO and Board on financial strategy, risk management, and long-term business planning.

Qualification and Experience

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Professional qualification is mandatory:
  • ICAN / ACCA / ANAN (or equivalent international certification)
• Master’s degree (MBA, MSc Finance, or Accounting) is an added advantage.
• Must have 5–10 years relevant experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, financial services is an advantage.
• Must not be more than 45 years of age at the time of application

Requirements:

• Proven executive-level financial leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance, financial reporting, taxation, and risk management.
• Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and corporate governance awareness.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, financial modeling tools, and advanced Excel.
