Job Summary
- We are looking for a smart, proactive, and result-oriented Real Estate Marketer to market and sell properties, generate leads, and maintain strong client relationships.
- The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, good communication abilities, and experience in property marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Market and promote landed properties, apartments, and other real estate opportunities
- Generate and follow up on leads through online and offline marketing
- Conduct site inspections and property tours with clients
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective buyers and investors
- Negotiate and close property sales deals
- Advertise properties through social media and other marketing channels
- Prepare property presentations and marketing reports
- Attend meetings, exhibitions, and networking events
- Meet assigned sales and marketing targets.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in real estate marketing or sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Good customer relationship management skills
- Knowledge of social media marketing and online advertising
- Must be confident, persuasive, and well-presented.
Added Advantage:
- Experience in property sales and client management
- Existing network of clients or real estate contacts
- Ability to drive is an added advantage.
