Job Title: Real Estate Marketer / Property Sales Executive

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are looking for a smart, proactive, and result-oriented Real Estate Marketer to market and sell properties, generate leads, and maintain strong client relationships.
  • The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, good communication abilities, and experience in property marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market and promote landed properties, apartments, and other real estate opportunities
  • Generate and follow up on leads through online and offline marketing
  • Conduct site inspections and property tours with clients
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective buyers and investors
  • Negotiate and close property sales deals
  • Advertise properties through social media and other marketing channels
  • Prepare property presentations and marketing reports
  • Attend meetings, exhibitions, and networking events
  • Meet assigned sales and marketing targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in real estate marketing or sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  • Good customer relationship management skills
  • Knowledge of social media marketing and online advertising
  • Must be confident, persuasive, and well-presented.

Added Advantage:

  • Experience in property sales and client management
  • Existing network of clients or real estate contacts
  • Ability to drive is an added advantage.
