Job Description
- We are seeking a smart and organized Office Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative activities within the company. The ideal candidate must be familiar with Microsoft Excel and capable of handling basic office tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily administrative and office duties.
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents.
- Prepare reports and update records using Microsoft Excel.
- Handle data entry and ensure accurate documentation.
- Respond to calls, messages, and emails professionally.
- Support staff with printing, photocopying, and filing tasks.
- Monitor office supplies and report shortages when necessary.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating office activities.
- Ensure the office environment is clean and properly arranged.
Requirements
- Minimum of SSCE, OND, or related qualification.
- Must have good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
- Must be responsible, punctual, and hardworking.
- Previous office or administrative experience is an added advantage.
