We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Sagamu-interchange, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, dispatch activities, and supervision of warehouse personnel.
• The role ensures efficient material handling, stock accuracy, compliance with safety standards, and timely movement of raw materials and finished goods within the manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations:

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Ensure proper arrangement and identification of materials and products.
• Monitor inbound and outbound stock movements.
• Ensure compliance with FIFO / FEFO inventory principles.
• Coordinate loading and unloading operations.

Inventory & Stock Control:

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy.
• Conduct periodic stock counts and cycle counts.
• Investigate stock discrepancies and prepare variance reports.
• Maintain accurate warehouse records and documentation.
• Ensure proper labeling and tracking of materials.

Team Supervision:

• Supervise warehouse assistants, forklift operators, and loaders.
• Allocate tasks and monitor employee performance.
• Ensure adherence to warehouse procedures and discipline.
• Support staff training on warehouse operations and safety practices.

Safety & Compliance:

• Ensure warehouse cleanliness and organization.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Monitor safe handling of products and warehouse equipment.
• Participate in internal audits and regulatory inspections.

Reporting & Coordination:

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, logistics, and quality assurance departments.
• Report operational issues and recommend improvements.

• Inventory accuracy rate
• Order fulfillment efficiency
• Warehouse space utilization
• Stock loss/damage rate
• Dispatch turnaround time
• Compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree / HND qualificationin:
  • Supply Chain Management
  • Logistics
  • Business Administration
  • Industrial Management
  • Related field.

Experience Requirements:

• 4–6 years warehouse experience in manufacturing or FMCG.
• Supervisory experience in warehouse operations is required.

N250,000 - N300,000 / month.
