Job Summary

• The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership, administrative, and operational management skills with the ability to coordinate teams effectively and ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day-to-day business operations
• Coordinate administrative and operational activities
• Monitor staff performance and ensure operational efficiency
• Develop and implement operational processes and policies
• Prepare operational reports and business updates
• Ensure timely execution of company projects and activities
• Manage client service delivery and operational support
• Collaborate with management to achieve organizational goals
• Supervise logistics, site operations, and office coordination
• Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Minimum of 3–5 years experience in operations or administrative management
• Experience in the real estate industry is an added advantage
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
