We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager

Location: Ojodu-Berger, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing Execution: Direct promotional activities, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing campaigns.
• Market Research: Analyze data and trends to identify new opportunities, target audiences, and competitive threats.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor staff, providing guidance to improve performance.
• Relationship Management
• Strategic Planning: Develop annual sales and marketing strategies, including pricing, advertising, and promotional plans to meet company goals.
• Sales Management: Drive sales, establish sales pipelines, and ensure teams meet quotas.

Salary
N170,000 - N200,000 per month.
