Job Title: Inventory & Asset Management Officer

Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Job Summary

• We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory & Asset Management Officer to oversee the company’s inventory, equipment, and asset records.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring stock levels, tracking the movement of company assets, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring proper storage and accountability of materials and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of inventory, tools, devices, and company assets.
• Monitor stock levels and notify management when replenishment is required.
• Track the issuance, return, and movement of equipment and materials.
• Conduct routine stock counts and periodic inventory audits.
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of inventory items.
• Prepare inventory and asset reports for management review.
• Coordinate with procurement and technical teams regarding stock usage and requirements.
• Investigate and report discrepancies, losses, or damaged items.
• Maintain documentation for purchases, transfers, and asset assignments.
• Ensure proper handling and accountability of company property.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or related field.
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Basic computer proficiency, especially in Microsoft Excel or inventory management software.
• Ability to work with numbers and maintain accurate documentation.
• Previous inventory or storekeeping experience is an added advantage.
• Must reside in Ibadan.
