About the Role

• We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Marketing Officer to support business growth through customer acquisition, relationship management, and market engagement initiatives.
• The ideal candidate will play a key role in promoting the bank's products and services, driving deposit mobilization, and building strong customer relationships within assigned markets.
• This role is best suited for an energetic professional with strong communication skills, sales drive, and a good understanding of financial service marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote the bank's products and services to existing and prospective customers.
• Drive deposit mobilization and support business development activities.
• Identify and onboard new customers while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Conduct market visits and customer engagement activities regularly.
• Support loan generation and customer follow-up processes.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve basic inquiries or complaints.
• Assist in executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Prepare weekly activity and performance reports.

Candidate Profile
Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Economics, or related disciplines.

Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in marketing, sales, or customer acquisition within the banking or financial services sector.
