Otsuka Nigeria Nutraceutical Company (ONNC) is a fast moving FMCG, Nutraceutical, phamaceutical and chemical industry, located in sagamu, interchange, Ogun state Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Stock Checker

Location: Sagamu-interchange, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Stock Checker is responsible for monitoring, counting, verifying, and recording inventory within the warehouse.
• The role ensures stock accuracy, proper inventory documentation, and timely reporting of discrepancies to support efficient warehouse and production operations.

Key Responsibilities
Stock Verification:

• Conduct physical stock counts of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
• Verify received and issued quantities against documentation.
• Monitor stock movement and update inventory records.
• Ensure proper stock arrangement and identification.

Inventory Accuracy:

• Identify and report stock variances or discrepancies.
• Assist in cycle counts and periodic inventory audits.
• Check product expiry dates and damaged items.
• Ensure compliance with FIFO/FEFO principles.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate stock records and inventory logs.
• Prepare daily stock count and discrepancy reports.
• Support reconciliation between physical stock and system records.
• File inventory-related documents properly.

Warehouse Support:

• Assist during receiving and dispatch operations.
• Ensure cleanliness and orderliness within assigned storage areas.
• Support warehouse supervisors during audits and inspections.

• Stock count accuracy
• Inventory discrepancy rate
• Timeliness of stock reporting
• Compliance with warehouse procedures
• Reduction in stock losses.

Qualifications

• OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in:
  • Business Administration
  • Logistics
  • Accounting
  • Supply Chain
  • Related discipline.

Experience Requirements:

• 2 - 4 years experience in inventory or warehouse operations.
• Manufacturing/FMCG experience is an added advantage.

Salary
N220,000 - N250,000 monthly.
