We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service & Administrative Officer

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a proactive and organized Customer Service & Administrative Officer to manage customer interactions and provide front desk administrative support.
  • The ideal candidate will attend to walk-in customers, respond to customer complaints and enquiries through phone calls and emails and whatsapp chats, and ensure smooth day-to-day office communication and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and attend to walk-in customers professionally.
  • Handle customer complaints, enquiries, and support requests via phone calls, email, and in person.
  • Provide accurate information about company services, subscriptions, and processes.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved promptly.
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions and complaints.
  • Assist with office administrative and front desk duties.
  • Coordinate internal communication between departments when resolving customer issues.
  • Prepare and manage basic reports, documentation, and correspondence.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception/work area.
  • Support general office operations and other assigned administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an OND/HND/Bachelor’s Degree in any related field with 0-2 years experience.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional when handling complaints.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with email and office applications.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Customer service experience is an added advantage.
  • Must reside in Ibadan.
