IT Support Executive at Fort Knox Outsourcing

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: IT Support Executive

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Support data entry, updates, and troubleshooting of data-related issues
• Respond to client inquiries via email and phone
• Coordinate meetings and document meeting minutes
• Disseminate monthly Power BI reports to clients
• Maintain and update training certificates on accredited portals
• Collaborate with DB/IT teams to ensure accurate data flow between systems
• Resolve technical issues while ensuring high customer satisfaction
• Assist help desk personnel when required
• Build and maintain a knowledge base of FAQs and standard solutions

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 1 year experience in IT support, systems, or database administration
• Professional certifications such as OCA, ITILv4, or Power BI are an added advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:

• User Support
• ITIL Knowledge
• Customer Support Experience
• Strong organizational and teamwork skills.

Remuneration

• Salary: N5,828,000 per annum
• Benefits: Leave Allowance, HMO, 13th Month Salary.
