Job summary
- Our client seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Finance Officer to oversee daily financial activities, cash handling, and cashiering operations within the apartment facility.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle daily cash transactions and disbursements
- Manage petty cash and maintain accurate records
- Receive and process guest payments
- Issue receipts and reconcile daily transactions
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports
- Monitor expenses and maintain proper financial documentation
- Reconcile cash, POS, and bank transactions
- Support invoicing and payment follow-up processes
- Ensure accuracy and accountability in all financial operations
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3-4 years relevant experience in finance, accounting, or cashiering roles
- Strong knowledge of cash handling and reconciliation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Good numerical and analytical skills
- High level of integrity and attention to detail
- Prior experience in hospitality, hotels, or serviced apartments is an added advantage.
