We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Outlet Manager

Locations: Surulere, Lekki, Ipaja-command, Gbagada, Ikorodu, Festac - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Summary

• Responsible for overseeing daily outlet operations, driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise outlet staff and daily activities
• Drive sales performance and meet targets
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards
• Manage inventory and reduce wastage
• Handle customer complaints and escalations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or HND
• 3–5 years experience in retail/food operations
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work on weekends and public holidays.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 month.
