Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Support daily HR and administrative operations of the organization.
- Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Assist in monitoring staff compliance with company policies and internal procedures.
- Support employee engagement activities, training coordination, and internal communication.
- Assist with general office coordination and administrative tasks.
- Carry out other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- First Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, English Language or other related discipline. (Required)
- Must be a serving NYSC member.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for learning and professional development.
