Job Summary
- As the Fund Mobilization Officer, you will be responsible for sourcing and managing deposits, building strong client relationships, and driving business growth through effective fund mobilization strategies.
Responsibilities
- Source and mobilize deposits from individuals, corporate organizations, and other clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure retention and business growth
- Promote the bank’s financial products and services to prospective clients
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for deposit growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 3 - 5 years of experience in fund mobilization, sales, or relationship management within the banking sector
- Strong knowledge of banking products, customer relationship management, and financial services
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
Salary
N450,000 - N500,000 monthly.
