Job Title: Customer Relations Officer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Work Days: Monday – Saturday (8am-6pm)

Job Summary

• We are seeking a smart, customer-focused, and organized Customer Relations Officer to manage customer interactions, bookings, inventory coordination, and guest service operations of a serviced apartment.
• The ideal candidate will ensure excellent customer experience while supporting smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries, bookings, and reservations professionally.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve client complaints promptly.
• Handle general welfare of the customers.
• Monitor and manage inventory records and stock availability.
• Maintain accurate booking and customer records.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum of HND / B.Sc. in any relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer service, hospitality, guest relations, or similar roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic inventory or booking systems.
• Must be professional, well-presented, and customer-oriented.
• Experience using POS or hotel/property management systems is an added advantage.
• Must possess empathy, patience, adaptability, and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Female candidates are preferred for gender balance.
