Job Summary
- We are seeking a smart, customer-focused, and organized Customer Relations Officer to manage customer interactions, bookings, inventory coordination, and guest service operations of a serviced apartment.
- The ideal candidate will ensure excellent customer experience while supporting smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries, bookings, and reservations professionally.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve client complaints promptly.
- Handle general welfare of the customers.
- Monitor and manage inventory records and stock availability.
- Maintain accurate booking and customer records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum of HND / B.Sc. in any relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer service, hospitality, guest relations, or similar roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic inventory or booking systems.
- Must be professional, well-presented, and customer-oriented.
- Experience using POS or hotel/property management systems is an added advantage.
- Must possess empathy, patience, adaptability, and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Female candidates are preferred for gender balance.
