Otsuka Nigeria Nutraceutical Company (ONNC) is a fast moving FMCG, Nutraceutical, phamaceutical and chemical industry, located in sagamu, interchange, Ogun state Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Forklift Operator

Location: Sagamu-Interchange, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Forklift Operator supports forklift operations by assisting with loading, unloading, stacking, movement, and proper handling of materials within the warehouse and production environment.
• The role ensures smooth material flow, adherence to safety standards, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Material Handling Support:

• Assist forklift operators during loading and unloading operations.
• Support movement of raw materials, finished goods, and packaging materials.
• Help arrange and stack products properly in designated storage areas.
• Ensure materials are handled carefully to avoid damage.

Warehouse & Logistics Support:

• Assist in receiving and dispatch activities.
• Help identify and label materials correctly.
• Support inventory movement and stock transfer activities.
• Ensure warehouse aisles and operational areas remain organized.

Equipment & Safety Support:

• Assist in routine inspection and cleaning of forklifts and related equipment.
• Follow all warehouse and forklift safety procedures.
• Use personal protective equipment (PPE) appropriately.
• Report equipment faults, accidents, or unsafe conditions immediately.

Documentation Assistance:

• Assist with recording movement of goods and delivery documentation.
• Support stock verification during material transfer operations.

• Timeliness of material movement
• Reduction in material damage
• Compliance with safety procedures
• Warehouse operational efficiency
• Accuracy of material handling support

Requirements
Qualifications:

• Minimum of SSCE/OND qualification.
• Basic warehouse or logistics training is an advantage.

Experience Requirements:

• 1–2 years experience in warehouse, logistics, or material handling operations.
• Experience in manufacturing or FMCG environment is preferred.

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 monthly.
