Job Title: Loan Officer

Job Summary

• As the Loan Officer, you will be responsible for identifying qualified borrowers, processing loan applications, and managing client relationships to support the bank’s lending operations and portfolio growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard prospective clients for loan products and financial services
• Assess loan applications and conduct credit evaluations in line with company policies
• Monitor loan repayments and follow up on overdue accounts to minimize risk
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of loan activities and client interactions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or related field with 2–4 years’ experience in loan administration, credit, or microfinance operations
• Strong knowledge of credit analysis, loan processing, and risk assessment
• Ability to meet loan targets and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary
NGN 300,000 - 400,000 / Month
