Job Overview

• We are seeking a professional Retail Sales Representative to provide outstanding customer service, drive sales growth, and maintain a welcoming store environment.
• The ideal candidate will possess in-depth product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping customers find the best solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Welcome customers warmly, identify their needs, and provide product recommendations.
• Sales & Service: Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets. Provide detailed information about product features, warranties, and benefits.
• Transactions: Accurately process sales, exchanges, and returns using the POS (Point-of-Sale) system.
• Merchandising & Inventory: Stock shelves, set up promotional displays, and maintain a clean, organized sales floor.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, current promotions, and industry trends.
• Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints with a positive attitude

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Candidates should possess a B.Sc, HND, OND, or NCE with 0-5 years experience
• Experience: Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is highly preferred
