Job Summary

• We are seeking a driven, dynamic, and commercially minded Sales Executive to join our growing team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling dental products, preventive-care solutions, orthodontic products, and equipment to dental clinics, hospitals, dental laboratories, and dental professionals.
• The role requires aggressive sales execution, strong clinic relationship management, customer education, and proactive business development within the dental industry.
• Candidates with prior dental industry experience, particularly dental nurses or hygienists transitioning into commercial sales, are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with dentists, dental clinics, hospitals, and dental laboratories.
• Drive aggressive sales activities to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, field visits, networking, and cold calling.
• Promote preventive-care workflows and educate clinics on relevant dental products and solutions.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and customer education sessions.
• Follow up on leads, quotations, customer inquiries, and pending orders to drive conversion.
• Maintain strong visibility within assigned territories and customer accounts.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer buying patterns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns, trainings, exhibitions, and customer engagement activities.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance forecasts.
• Attend trade shows, conferences, workshops, and industry events to represent the company and promote products.
• Ensure proper CRM updates, customer documentation, and activity tracking.

Requirements
Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Sciences, Natural Sciences, Marketing, or related discipline.
• Candidates with Dental Nursing, Dental Hygiene, or clinical dental experience have an added advantage

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 – 5 years sales experience within the healthcare or dental industry.
• Strong familiarity with dental clinics, dentists, preventive-care workflows, and dental products.
• Previous experience in dental product sales, medical sales, or healthcare business development is highly preferred.
