However, to leverage the emerging opportunities in the commercial and consumer end of financial services in Nigeria, in 1999, it converted to commercial banking and changed its name to Fidelity Bank Plc. We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Retail Sales Coordinator

Role Description

  • The Retail Sales Coordinator will oversee day-to-day retail banking operations while ensuring excellent customer service and driving business growth.
  • Responsibilities include coaching and supporting sales teams, assisting with retail product implementation, maintaining relationships with customers, identifying sales opportunities, and analyzing market trends to meet targets. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nigeria.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field
  • Proven skills in Customer Relationship Management, Client Interaction, and Networking
  • Strong background in Sales, Business Development, and Product Promotion
  • Proficiency in Data Analysis, Market Research, and Financial Insights
  • Team Leadership, Coaching, and Collaboration skills
  • Strong Communication, Problem-Solving, and Organizational abilities
  • Prior experience in retail banking, financial services, or a related industry is an advantage
  • Proven ability to meet sales objectives and KPIs.
