About the Role

• We are seeking a highly creative, self-motivated, and result-oriented Social Media Manager to lead and manage a fast-growing brand’s social media ecosystem.
• The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in short-form video creation, graphic design, content writing, and digital campaign execution.
• This role requires someone who can independently create, execute, and manage engaging brand campaigns across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Execution:

• Create engaging short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Design high-quality graphics, promotional creatives, and branded content
• Write compelling captions, scripts, and marketing copy
• Independently shoot, edit, and publish content across social media platforms

Social Media Management:

• Develop and manage monthly content calendars
• Manage social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and build an active online community
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize content strategies accordingly
• Leverage AI tools to improve content creation speed, execution, and campaign effectiveness

Brand & Marketing Strategy:

• Execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
• Support both online and offline marketing campaigns
• Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels
• Collaborate with internal teams on product launches and marketing initiatives

Growth & Campaign Management:

• Drive follower growth, engagement, and brand awareness
• Identify trends and create high-performing, viral content
• Collaborate with influencers and content creators where necessary

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager with a strong portfolio (mandatory)
• Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro
• Strong graphic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator
• Excellent content writing and storytelling ability
• Deep understanding of Nigerian social media trends and audience behavior
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Highly creative, proactive, and execution-focused.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with FMCG, manufacturing, or consumer brands
• Knowledge of Meta Ads and TikTok Ads
• Basic photography and videography skills
• Experience using AI tools for branding, content creation, and digital marketing.

Salary
N400,000 – N600,000 Monthly.
