Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Idi-Oro, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Sales Manager to drive commercial growth within the engineering and construction (EPC) sector in Lagos.
• The ideal candidate will have strong experience in project-based sales, client relationship management, and business development within technical or industrial environments, with a proven ability to close high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth
• Manage and strengthen relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Identify and secure new business opportunities within the EPC/construction space
• Lead tendering processes, proposals, and contract negotiations
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy

Key Requirements

• 5–8 years’ experience in sales / business development within engineering, construction, oil & gas, or EPC industries
• Strong experience in B2B sales, tendering, and project-based sales cycles
• Proven track record of closing high-value contracts
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
