Associated Port and Marine Development Company Limited is an ISO accredited, fully licensed, well-structured shipping agency. Operating since 2005, the company offers a complete range of shipping and logistics services required by vessel owners and charterers for their ships operating in Nigerian waters.

The company has its head office in Lagos, and branch offices in Port Harcourt, Warri, Calabar, and Onne, and a European representative office based in the UK.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Executive, WAC

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• APMDC / WAC is seeking a highly motivated, result-driven, and experienced Sales Executive to join our growing team in the logistics and marine industry.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, acquiring new clients, managing key customer relationships, and identifying business opportunities across shipping, freight, and logistics services.

Qualifications

• Minimum of OND, HND, or B.Sc. in a relevant discipline.
• Prior experience in logistics, shipping, freight forwarding, or related industries is highly required.

Key Requirements:
Candidates must have proven sales experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Shipping
• Logistics
• Air Freight
• Sea Freight
• Cargo Services
• Groupage Operations
• Bonded Warehouse Services

Additional requirements include:

• Strong client acquisition and business development capabilities.
• Good understanding of port operations and the marine industry sales environment.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads, negotiate, and close business opportunities successfully.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong commercial awareness with a target-driven mindset.
