Job Summary
- We are seeking intelligent, analytical, and highly driven individuals to join our team as Business Champions – Data Scientist/Analyst. The ideal candidate will support business decision-making through data analysis, reporting, process improvement, and business intelligence initiatives.
- Candidates with strong academic backgrounds in Science, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related disciplines are encouraged to apply. Exceptional fresh graduates are also welcome.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business and operational data to generate actionable insights
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance analyses
- Support data-driven decision-making across business units
- Identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities using data
- Assist in developing predictive and analytical models
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on business improvement initiatives
- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and proper documentation of data
- Present findings and recommendations to management
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Engineering, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields
- First Class graduate is highly preferred
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Power BI, SQL, Python, or data visualization tools is an added advantage
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- High attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Salary
N300,000 per month.
