Job Title: Safety Officer

Description
- We are seeking a proactive and experienced SHE / Safety Officer to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) policies, maintaining a safe working environment, and promoting a strong safety culture across all operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop,implement, and monitor workplace health and safety policies.
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments.
- Identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and company standards.
- Organize safety trainings, toolbox talks, and emergency drills.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and prepare reports.
- Maintain safety records, permits, and documentation.
- Monitor theuseof PPEandensurestaff compliance.
- Coordinate emergency response procedures and first aid readiness.
- Advisemanagement on SHE improvements and compliance matters.
Salary
N400,000 - N500,000 monthly.
