Job Title: Physics Teacher

Job Summary

• As a physics teacher you will instructstudents on matter, energy, and motion by creating lesson plans, conducting laboratory experiments, and grading assessments to help students understand complex scientific concepts.
• Key responsibilities include planning curriculum, maintaining safe lab environments, and fostering critical thinking.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Instruction & Planning: Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans for topics such as mechanics, thermodynamics, and electricity.
• Laboratory Management:S et up, supervise, and maintain safety standards for, physics lab experiments.
• Assessment & Evaluation: Grade assignments, evaluate student progress, and provide feedback to students and parents.
• Classroom Management: Build a positive, safe, and productive classroom environment.
• Collaboration: Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and school events.
• Support & Mentorship: Provide extra help to students and advise on academic matters.

Common Responsibilities:

• Teach across different grade levels (e.g., A-level, GCSE).
• Contribute to extracurricular activities or science clubs.
• Attend staff meetings and training sessions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in physics or education is typically required, often with a master's degree preferred.
• Certification: Valid state or regional teaching certification/license.
• Expertise: Strong subject matter knowledge and proficiency in using educational technology.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly.

• Experience in a classroom setting.
