Job Title: Content Creator

Location: Asokoro, Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

• (AVS) is looking for a smart, creative, and reliable Content Creator & Production Assistant to help bring brand campaigns and creative ideas to life.
• This is not a “just post flyers” role. We’re looking for someone who can creatively execute ideas, produce engaging short-form content, and support campaign execution from concept to delivery.
• You’ll work closely with the founder and creative team to produce visually engaging content that aligns with the brand’s identity and growth goals.

What You’ll Do

• Attend weekly planning and content shoot sessions every Thursday in Asokoro, Abuja.
• Shoot and edit engaging short-form videos for social media platforms.
• Execute creative campaign ideas developed by the team.
• Capture behind-the-scenes and documentary-style content.
• Assist with UGC creator collaborations when required.
• Work closely with the social media and design teams to maintain brand consistency.
• Occasionally appear in content if comfortable.
• Support preparations for the July 2026 anniversary campaign.

Deliverables

• Create and deliver one short-form video daily (5 videos weekly).

You’re a Good Fit If You

• Understand Instagram Reels and TikTok content pacing.
• Can shoot quality mobile content.
• Have a strong creative eye and storytelling ability.
• Are organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Can follow creative direction effectively.
• Have strong communication skills and positive energy.

Bonus Points If You:

• Have access to basic content creation equipment.
• Already create content personally on social media platforms.
• Understand current social media trends and internet culture.

Work Structure:

• Hybrid/Flexible (Physical shoot & planning day every Thursday).

Remuneration

• Salary: N70,000 monthly
• Lunch & transport provided on physical work/shoot day.
