Job Title: Social Media Manager

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary 

• As a Social Media Manager, you will develop and execute strategies to boost brand visibility, engagement, and customer loyalty across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Key responsibilities include creating content calendars, producing engaging media, analyzing performance metrics, and managing community interactions.

Core Responsibilities

• Analytics & Reporting: Analyze key metrics (engagement, growth, reach) to track campaign performance and calculate ROI.
• Trend Tracking: Stay updated on social trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activity.
• Collaboration: Work with marketing/creative teams to align on campaigns.
• Strategy Development: Create and implement social media strategies that align with business goals (sales, awareness).
• Content Creation & Planning: Generate, curate, and schedule daily content (text, image, video, reels) to maintain a consistent brand voice.
• Community Management: Monitor mentions and respond to comments/messages to build customer relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Platforms: Proficiency in Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), and Pinterest.
• Tools:cExperience with scheduling/analytics tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer.
• Content Skills: Basic graphic design (Canva/Photoshop) and video editing for social platforms.
• Soft Skills: Creativity, excellent copywriting skills, and strong communication skills.

Typical Job Duties:

• Developing monthly content calendars.
• Designing and implementing social media ad campaigns (paid social).
• Identifying influencers and managing collaborations.
• Conducting social media audits.
