Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Executive with mandatory FMCG industry experience to conduct laboratory analysis, monitor production quality, and ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards across raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct physio-chemical and microbiological analysis on raw materials and finished products
- Perform routine quality inspections and in-process monitoring
- Ensure compliance with GMP, hygiene, and food safety standards
- Prepare quality control reports and maintain accurate laboratory documentation
- Monitor product quality and recommend process improvements
- Support production teams with quality-related guidance
- Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment
- Train staff on GMP, hygiene, and quality procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Microbiology, or related fields
- Minimum of 5 years’ quality control experience in an FMCG company is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of food quality testing and microbiological analysis
- IPAN accreditation is an added advantage
- Good analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
