Job Title: Front Desk Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Summary
- We are seeking a smart, professional, and well-presented Front Desk Executive to manage our corporate reception area and serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients.
- The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous and professional manner
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries
- Maintain the reception area to ensure it remains neat and presentable at all times
- Receive, sort, and distribute correspondence and deliveries
- Schedule meetings and coordinate conference room bookings
- Provide administrative support to various departments when required
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure compliance with office security procedures
- Handle office supplies inventory for the front desk area
- Assist with travel bookings, courier services, and other office coordination tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Mass Communication, or any related field
- Minimum of 4years’ experience in a similar front desk or administrative role within a corporate environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Smart appearance and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Candidate must reside within or around Ikoyi, Victoria Island, Lekki, or its environs
Preferred Qualities:
- Confident and articulate
- Detail-oriented and proactive
- High level of professionalism and integrity
- Good telephone etiquette.
