We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a smart, professional, and well-presented Front Desk Executive to manage our corporate reception area and serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients.
  • The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and attend to visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous and professional manner
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries
  • Maintain the reception area to ensure it remains neat and presentable at all times
  • Receive, sort, and distribute correspondence and deliveries
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate conference room bookings
  • Provide administrative support to various departments when required
  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure compliance with office security procedures
  • Handle office supplies inventory for the front desk area
  • Assist with travel bookings, courier services, and other office coordination tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Mass Communication, or any related field
  • Minimum of 4years’ experience in a similar front desk or administrative role within a corporate environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Smart appearance and professional demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Candidate must reside within or around Ikoyi, Victoria Island, Lekki, or its environs
