Responsibilities include analyzing data, addressing customer inquiries, and collaborating with sales representatives to streamline processes.
Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data and performance metrics.
- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to effectively address client needs.
- Excellent Communication skills for clear interactions with clients and internal teams.
- Understanding of Sales Operations to support sales strategy and execution.
- Proficiency with office software and CRM tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
