Job Title: Social Media Manager

Location: Mainland, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube channels.
• Schedule, post, and monitor content across all platforms.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive content calendar.
• Respond to comments and direct messages, ensuring prompt engagement.
• Monitor trends and competitor activities to inform content strategies.
• Create, run, and manage targeted social media ad campaigns.
• Optimize ads for engagement and lead generation.
• Monitor ad performance and provide regular reports and insights.
• Collaborate with the content team for creative direction, video content ideas, and campaign planning.
• Support content creation including posts, video scripts, and voice-over scripts.
• Provide creative input on graphics, videos, and newsletters.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and generate regular reports.
• Forecast growth, engagement, and conversion trends.
• Recommend data-driven strategies for audience engagement and lead conversion.
• Manage email marketing and newsletter campaigns.
• Support in content development and campaign analysis.

Key Requirements

• B.Sc. from a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Experience in social media advertising and lead generation.
• Proficiency in analytics tools and reporting.
• Creative mindset with a strong eye for engaging and trend-driven content.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple platforms and tasks efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of video content creation and graphic design direction is an added advantage.

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 monthly.
