Otsuka Nigeria Nutraceutical Company (ONNC) is a fast moving FMCG, Nutraceutical, phamaceutical and chemical industry, located in sagamu, interchange, Ogun state Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Warehouse Foreman

Location: Sagamu - Interchange, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Warehouse Foreman oversees warehouse activities including receiving, storage, inventory control, dispatch, and housekeeping.
• The role ensures materials and products are handled safely, accurately, and efficiently while supervising warehouse personnel to meet operational targets.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Supervision:

• Supervise daily warehouse operations and activities.
• Coordinate loading and unloading of goods and materials.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and arrangement of inventory.
• Monitor stock movement and prevent material losses or damages.
• Ensure timely issuance and dispatch of materials/products.

Inventory Control:

• Conduct routine stock checks and physical inventory counts.
• Maintain accurate warehouse records and documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Support inventory reconciliation and audit processes.

Team Management:

• Supervise warehouse assistants, forklift operators, loaders, and storekeepers.
• Assign daily tasks and monitor staff performance.
• Train warehouse personnel on safety and operational procedures.
• Ensure discipline and compliance with company policies.

Safety & Compliance:

• Enforce workplace safety standards and housekeeping practices.
• Ensure proper use of warehouse equipment and tools.
• Monitor compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Report accidents, damages, and unsafe conditions immediately.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Prepare daily warehouse activity reports.
• Maintain records of incoming and outgoing goods.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams.
• Assist in preparing monthly inventory and operational reports.

Qualifications & Requirements

• HND/B.Sc. in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years warehouse experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or logistics operations.
• Supervisory experience is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse procedures.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, ERP/WMS systems).

Salary
N200,000 - N220,000 per month.
