Job Title: Litigation Lawyer

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Litigationl Lawyer to join our dynamic team.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both litigation and commercial law, with the ability to handle complex legal matters efficiently.

Key Responsibility

• Preparation of briefs and other legal documents.

Requirements

• The ideal candidate must possess at least a second-class upper degree from a recognized university and the Nigerian Law School.
• A Master’s degree from a reputable institution will be an added advantage.
• Ability to handle complex litigation cases, such as trials at the State and Federal High Courts, Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court.
• At least 5+ year’s active experience in litigation and alternative dispute resolution.
• Deep knowledge of procedural requirements in litigation law and practice.

• Team-working ability.
• Coaching and Mentoring ability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good Marketing skills.
• Ability to meet up with deadlines.
• Ability to work without supervision.
