Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

• We are seeking to hire a customer care representative who will be responsible for managing customer interactions, handling online food orders through platforms such as Glovo, resolving complaints, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
• The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with kitchen, dispatch, and delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and respond to customer inquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and online delivery platforms.
• Manage and process customer orders on Glovo accurately and promptly.
• Confirm orders, delivery details, payment status, and special customer requests.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and dispatch team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
• Monitor incoming online orders and track delivery progress.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate unresolved issues when necessary.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions, orders, complaints, and feedback.
• Provide customers with information about menu items, pricing, promotions, and delivery timelines.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and positive customer experience.
• Follow up with customers when necessary to ensure service quality.
• Assist in managing reviews and ratings on online delivery platforms.
• Support daily administrative and customer service operations as assigned.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 per month.
