We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Interior Designer
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative design concepts and layouts based on client requirements and project briefs
- Prepare detailed drawings, mood boards, and 3D visualizations
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories
- Conduct site visits and supervise project execution to ensure design accuracy
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery
- Prepare cost estimates and work within budget constraints
- Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and building regulations
- Present design proposals and revisions to clients.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years proven experience in interior design
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or similar tools)
- Strong creativity and attention to detail
- Good knowledge of materials, finishes, and furniture trends
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
