Job Description

  • We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships,driving revenue growth, and a passion for expanding our market presence in the oil and gas industry.
  • This role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinker with deep understanding of the oil and gas industry and a proven track record of sales growth.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the oil and gas industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
  • Collaborate with technical and operational teams to develop tailored service solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand market reach.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the company's services.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field with 3 - 5 years of experience in business development or sales in the oil and gas sector.
  • Strong understanding of oilfield services, equipment, and industry regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market data and identify opportunities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
