Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an added advantage
- Professional certifications in Customer Experience, Service Design, or Brand Experience are desirable
- 5+ years’ experience in customer experience, experiential marketing, retail marketing, or activation management
- Experience in Betting/Gaming, FMCG, Telecommunications, Entertainment, Retail, or related industries preferred.
Required Skills:
- Strong customer-centric and data-driven mindset
- Excellent project management and execution skills
- Experience managing activations, campaigns, and multi-location operations
- Strong stakeholder, vendor, and agency management skills
- Attention to detail, quality control, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
