We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Experience Lead

Location: Lagos

Report to: Senior Marketing Manager (Retail)

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an added advantage
  • Professional certifications in Customer Experience, Service Design, or Brand Experience are desirable
  • 5+ years’ experience in customer experience, experiential marketing, retail marketing, or activation management
  • Experience in Betting/Gaming, FMCG, Telecommunications, Entertainment, Retail, or related industries preferred.

Required Skills:

  • Strong customer-centric and data-driven mindset
  • Excellent project management and execution skills
  • Experience managing activations, campaigns, and multi-location operations
  • Strong stakeholder, vendor, and agency management skills
  • Attention to detail, quality control, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
