Job Title: Restuarant Food Production Manager (Female)

Location: Opebi, Ikeja, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Manage food production
• Kitchen staff
• Quality control and assurance of menu
• Sanitatory inspector
• Bookkeeping, Inventory and Store Management.
• Prepares daily reports.

Requirements

• Experienced in food quality control.
• Understanding of procurement.
• Experience in Fas paced Eatry operations.

Salary
N170,000 - N180,000 per month.
