Job Title: Talent Acquisition & HR Operations Officer

Location: Yaba, Lagos

Role Summary

• The Talent Acquisition & HR Operations will be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding to HR operations, performance management, and client engagement.
• This role requires a professional with strong HR expertise, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to oversee diverse workforce needs while ensuring operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including screening and onboarding.
• Oversee HR operations, including employee records, payroll coordination, and compliance.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and employees.
• Drive employee relations, performance monitoring, and retention initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
• Identify and implement continuous improvements in HR and workforce management processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3years’ experience in HR, recruitment, or outsourcing.
• Proven ability to manage both blue-collar and white-collar workforce requirements.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
