Job Title: Marketing & Sales Manager (Oil & Gas / EPC)

Location: Lagos Mainland, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing & Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, client acquisition, and market expansion within the Oil & Gas and EPC industry.
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial acumen, extensive industry networks, and a proven track record of securing contracts with IOCs, NOCs, Marginal Field Operators, and EPC contractors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing and sales plans to drive business growth.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across upstream, midstream, and downstream sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, regulators, and industry stakeholders.
  • Lead preparation and submission of EOIs, tenders, proposals, and commercial bids.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and manage contract discussions.
  • Conduct market intelligence, competitor analysis, and identify emerging opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking engagements.
  • Collaborate with technical and project teams to deliver client-focused solutions.
  • Supervise and mentor marketing/sales team members.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and management presentations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
  • MBA or relevant professional certifications will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 15 years’ experience in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development within the Oil & Gas/EPCIC industry.
  • At least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven success in securing major Oil & Gas contracts and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong knowledge of NNPC Ltd., NCDMB, NUPRC, IOCs, NOCs, and EPC/EPCIC operations.
  • Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
